The Milkman 85W Amplifier stands as the pinnacle of the Milkman line, delivering unmatched headroom, touch sensitivity, and tonal quality. Designed with pedal steel and 6-string guitar players in mind, this amp captures every nuance of your playing. Describing it as “fingerprinting with electricity” feels apt; the amp’s clarity and responsiveness reveal an entirely new dimension of tone.
Originally crafted for pedal steel, this amp’s wide frequency response quickly won over 6-string players, too. It’s built around a powerful set of 6L6 tubes, offering a nominal 85W that easily pushes up to 115W.
Beyond the robust clean power and beautifully tuned EQ, the amp’s 3-knob tube reverb adds a vast range of reverb tones, making it feel like an extension of your own expression. Hand-wired onto a turret board, with Mercury Magnetics transformers and Jupiter capacitors, the 85W combins classic craftsmanship with modern versatility.
